An ice-glazed bridge calls for an unconventional crossing method. [KC]

Ted and Mike chip off the glaze to ease the passage of the rest of our group. [KC]

In several places the ice bent the surrounding brush and trees into the trail. [KC]

The one remaining wall of an old stone barn, probably built by Hessian prisoners who labored here
after being captured at the battle of Trenton during the revolutionary war. [Saki]

Lunch at Tom's Run Shelters on the AT, where Mike is pointing out a particularly slick spot. [KC, Saki]

Some curious ice formations stuck in locations other than the branches they formed upon. [KC]

Winnie frames a shot of icicles on a boulder on Rocky Ridge. We had to turn around before getting to
Sunset Rocks, due to an unsafe glaze on the rock scramble. [KC]

Mother Nature still rewarded us with a grand ice show along our alternate route. [KC]

The A.Y.H. Hostel/Ironmaster's Mansion, near the halfway point of the AT. [MJ]
