A tongue-in-cheek tribute to Ralph Seeley.
Ralph designed the route of the AFT and lead many of the trail construction crews. This is his real tribute.

A panoramic view from the Bog Trail.
Queen Anne's Lace / Wild Carrot (Daucus carota) was the prominent wildflower in dry areas.
Fireweed / Pilewort/ American Burnweed (Erechtites hieracifolia) is usually found in burned areas.
Thickets of Flat Topped White Asters (Aster umbellatus) were encountered as we entered the bogs.
Green Headed Coneflower (Rudbeckia laciniata), also found in the bogs.
