Fork-Tailed Bush Katydid (Scudderia furcata) were flying all over the place on our ridge walk.
Northern Walking Stick (Diapheromera femorata).
Fossils in sandstone. This large boulder was the home of several walking sticks (see above).
Flowers were at a premium until we reached Aughwick Creek where we found these brilliant Cardinal Flowers (Lobelia cardinalis).
