Little Devils Stairs, VA

One of many Keyser Run mini-waterfalls and pools as we ascend Little Devils Stairs Trail.

We found this Northern Walkingstick near Keyser Run.

And while we stopped to look at the first walkingstick, Andy found a different kind nearby.

Witch Hazel (Hamamelis virginiana). This bush had unusually profuse flowers.

Lunch break at Piney River.

The Bolen Cemetery is a reminder of those that inhabited this area before the park was established.

Back at the cars after a perfect day.
