Little Devils Stairs, VA

Stella, Terrie, Richard and Roxann enjoy the picturesque Little Devils Stairs ravine.

Not many wildflowers in November, so the Canada Violets were a treat.

A view of the ridge by the Piney River. The dead trees are all that's left of the hemlocks that got wiped out by the woolly adelgid.
