Finally a little sunshine after a month of rain, but the water level is still high at the first bridge out to the falls.

Carla leads Arden and the rest of the pack up the steepest part of the trail, with a higher-than-normal river below.

Lunch overlooking the pond, just beyond the submerged beach.

A good day to hang out and bask in the sun.
