ICC: Become an Activist

The ONLY way to STOP THE ICC is for Governor O'Malley, your state legislators, your county and your municipal leaders to hear from YOU.

Your loud and clear voice must overwhelm developer interests which are pushing the ICC foward.

Most Important: write a letter to Governor O'Malley asking him to STOP THE ICC. For writing points, contact information etc. go here. You will also find information on how to contact your state legislators.

Three Simple Ways You Can Stop the ICC

The next step is to volunteer to help those who are leading grassroots efforts against the ICC. You don't have to devote a great deal of time, but reach out and express your interest in saving our environment and working towards sustainable development and transportation. Your skills or contacts may be just what we need. Grassroots organizers are avilable to speak to your town councils or to help you get set up for an event. Send an email to: StopTheICC@maryland.sierra.org
