Day 1

Cascades on a Red Creek tributary.

Falls on Red Creek. We camped on the right.

Our evening's entertainment. Eight of 'em shot the falls. These guys start at the headwaters of Red Creek and run it all the way down to Laneville.

Day 2

Before leaving camp we walked up to yet another falls on Red Creek. This one is above Fisher's Spring Run.

Our first major ford of Red Creek. Luckily the water level had dropped a foot overnight.

After a steep "Nose to Toes" ascent we were rewarded with this view of the Breathed Mountain Bogs.

Day 2 campsite along Big Stone Coal Run. Most were tenting in a pine grove behind the photographer. There's a beer commercial in here somewhere.

Five of us still had a little gas left in our tanks, so after setting up camp we visited the top falls of Big Stone Coal and...
